The QS small size pump is designed according to standard JB/T80-92. It can be used for field watering, water delivery for river, reservoir, factory, mines, and water channels. The pump is vertical standing. The motor is submersible three-phase asynchronous. The advantage is that the occupied area is small, the installation is easy, and the operation is reliable, and the work life is long.
Structure Feature:
QS pump is formed by submersible three-phase asynchronous and the pump. A reliable mechanical seal is used on the motor, which will prevent the touch of the cooling liquid if the motor and the drainage medium.
The winding wire is made from water proof cable and covered by nylon piece. The chamber should be filled with clean water to cool down the motor and to lubricate the bearing. The motor is installed with sliding guide bearing and thrust bearing. The product is easy to install and repair and maintain.
A piece of adjustable film is added under the motor, which makes the motor chamber pressure to be adjustable.
Work Conditions:
The solid ratio in the medium should be less than 0.1%. Diameter of the particle should be less than 0.2mm.
Allowed pH value of the medium is 6.5-8.5.
Medium temperature should be less than 40℃. |
