This QJ pump can be used for drainage in deep well, river, reservoir, or water channels. It is mainly for fields watering and water delivery to high altitude area. It can also be used for water drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines, or construction sites. The motor and the pump are integrated, and typically work under the water. No special requirement to the pipes (only need to resist a suitable water pressure). The product is easy to install and maintain, and it will only occupy a small area. No need to build the pump station. The structure is simple and a lot of material is saved.
Work Conditions:
Power supply: 3 phase AC power; Frequency: 50Hz; Voltage: 380V/660V (tolerance ±5%).
The solid ratio in the medium should be less than 0.01%.
Allowed pH value of the medium is 6.5-8.5.
Medium temperature should be less than 40℃.
The water inlet should be always under the water surface at least 1m. The deepest place the pump can go is 70m below the water inlet. The motor must be at least 1m above the well bottom.
The well must be vertical uniform and the wall should be flat.
Structure Feature:
QJ pump is formed by three-phase asynchronous motor and the pump. The motor and the pump which is above the motor are connected directly. A reliable shaft seal is used at the end of the shaft, which will prevent the touch of the cooling liquid if the motor and the drainage medium.
The pump is vertical single stage single-suction centrifugal pump. The motor is water filled, vertical submersible asynchronous. The pump is connected with the motor with a drum type coupling.
The winding wire is made from water proof cable and covered by nylon piece. The chamber should be filled with clean water.
The motor bearing is lubricated by water. A thrust bearing is installed under the motor to resist the pushing force from the pump. For pumps with high water head, the thrust bearing is a fan shape block which is made of nickeliferous copper. The piece which touches this block is imported Feiler Bose slide piece. This structure makes it possible that the product can sustain a high axial force.
For extremely high water head submersible pump, a special device is added to endure the high axial force. Therefore the head water can be 850m. |
